Standing on My Head

I’m standing on my head, as you can see,
And I’m as happy as I can be.
For if I wasn’t upside down
Surely I’d be on the ground.
Wishing I was on my head
Anywhere at all, instead
Of on the ground where I would be
I’m standing on my head, as you can see.
Not on my feet, not on my knees
But on my head, where I’m at ease
People think that I am weird
But I am not….I volunteered.
